I have a blackberry curve 8320 that I've had since September. My plan or whatever is for 3 years. I'm with Telus. Anyway, my friend took the button scroll out and it kind of worked poorly afterwards but it still worked enough so that I could use it. I put it back in, and it doesn't look like it was ever taken out. My phone has scratches and chips. Today, it poured with rain and whilst I was texting, it got my phone quite wet. When it dried, I tried texting someone but it would text random letters that I was not pressing, and if I clicked an app it would open another. After laying my phone to dry with the battery, and everything laying in warmth for about 4 hours, I put it back together and tried again. The scroll works fine, but it doesn't click on anything. None of the buttons work, and the phone looks in okay condition but it isn't. I've checked the water damage stickers, and they have not changed color. They are still ALL white (which is not water damage). What will happen if I bring it back to telus? Can they get me a new phone? Will I have to pay for a new phone? Please help!
