My Blackberry Documents-To-Go registration number thingo didn't work?! Please help..?

I opened the website up and clicked 'Register!' and then the page came up with the box that i type the registration number thingy in and I did but everytime I do it says that the registration number that i entered us already registrated with the website.. what do I do?! Please help!!
