Ok so today youtube isn't working on my blackberry which is weird because it was working just fine yesterday. Every time I attempt to play a video it says "An error has occurred attempting to play media".I rebooted it. I also took out the battery and put it back in but that didn't work either. Another problem I have been having is with my blackberry messenger. I have been having this problem for months now. I deleted it and re installed it and it still doesn't work. I keep getting this message " Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException". What do you guys think might be wrong with my phone?
