my blackberry comes up but does not work and goes off again?

my dauther put my blackberry in her mouth, soaked it with saliva and bang it on the floor few times, i took out the batteries and put it back in, phone comes up scroll can move around but cannot click any icon it then goes off again after inactive for about 30 seconds. can anyone help
