MY blackberyy bold i just got 3 months ago last night jus stopped receiving sms txts and calls! Please help be cause right now i have made many important plans and events I have to attend.
WHenever someone tries to call me it goes straight to voicemail.
1) the memory is full !
2) i even tried to go to options > advanced options > and host routing number. but it the registration message was sent but i still can not receive txts.
3) i even called my company and they made me wipe out my whole phone.
4) even the firewall or anything isnt on.
I really need some help ! i would like to understand and fix why my phone isnt receiving any txts or calls.
