I just recently bought this Blackberry curve from a friend and I cant get the keyboard to work. To get the phone to work I have to use the delete,enter, and sometimes the right caps key to use it as a toggle switch to get the rest of the keyboard to work including the trackball. I have to hold one of those keys and then press whatever key it is that I want to press. I don't know if it has been water damaged either by the way.
I have have tried a bunch of ways to solve this problem but none work: I tried doing tons of battery pulls, i have left the battery out for more than 2 hours, I have updated the phones firmware, I have wiped the phone clean with that feature in the security settings, I have tried all of these and still no solution does anyone know what I should do?
