My 1 year old black lab is normally extremely energetic and outgoing, he is always running around, wanting to play, and is always wanting attention from whoever he can get it from. But for the past couple days he has just been laying around, he will not eat or come to you when you call him, and he looks as if he is in pain when he stands up or sits/lays down. I know that this is not much information, but I really have no idea what is wrong with him. Any ideas as to what might be wrong or should I just take him to the vet? I would like to avoid having a bunch of tests run on him.
