My biology teach said that a women can have her own baby. is that true and why?...

She's talking parthenogenesis, and it's impossible. Technically, a woman could have herself cloned, but that process has not been raised to the level of human clones. Further, many of the animals cloned thus far have been found to have serious defects. So, this sort of thing is technologically a ways in the future - and before it becomes widespread, there'll be a tremendous amount of discussion over the ethics and legalities involved.

She can be fertilised "in vitro" by sperm from a sperm bank.
An anonymous donor donates sperm and the egg is taken out of the woman's ovary, then fertilised, and implanted back in.
Generally they take about 4 egg cells so that there is a good chance of implantation.
This unfortunately sometimes leads to twins and triplets!

its true...search on cloning..and thats ur answer..if u have heard about Dolly, the cloned ewe....she was created that way
