My bikes paint, need some help.?

Hello.

I was wondering is there any way to remove "SPRAY" paints off my fixie?

The cranks,pedals were originally silver, but its spray painted black.

The chain were orignally green, but sprayed black.

The paint is rubbin off pretty fast. So, is there a way to just remove it all?
