Okay, so, when i first got the bike (it's a regular bike, no motor or anything, and it hasn't been left in the rain...oh, and the brakes are controlled by the things on the handlebars) for Christmas, it was working fine. I was riding it for a long while and you know, nothing happened, whatsoever. Then, after a while, I stopped riding so much and ended up walking instead to wherever. Call me surprised when I find that I get back on my bike one day, and almost get roll into the middle of the street because the brake that stops the back tire of my bike isn't working. I checked on it today, and when the handlebar is pushed down, the brake pad that stops the tire isn't moving. Does anybody know how to fix? There's nothing snapped, I checked my self, it just looks like some tube-thing that goes over the cable is loose (it moves). Please help if you can.
