...charged....? i just bought a new battery,i tried to roll start it but its not working. when i hooked the battery up to my car to see if that would work,it sounded as if it would turn over but it didn't. then when i disconnected the cables i got absolutely nothing it sounded as if my battery died immediately. my lights are still on and my speedometer is also. how can i tell if its the stator or the alternator or because it was sitting a few weeks (8 to be exact) be something else. the thing is i rode the day before with no problems. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!! oh yeah, my kickstands up,the choke is halfway down,theres gas in it AND the bike is in neutral, so i know it's not an operators error.
MY BIKE WONT START and it seems like the battery on my 2000 Yamaha1 wont stay...
