...dies with throttle? The tank is rust free, has new fuel, and the fuel will flow out of petcock but bike will only run on choke. As soon as we try the throttle the bike will die. The bike has less then 5k on it, new battery and spark plugs. The bike is a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 250CC.
