the point in this ever increasing sterile pc correct world is that it is strange that cyclists are still virtually un touched by legislation or enforcement or compulsory insurance for road use , isnt that a bit strange ? DOESNT IT BOTHER YOU DO GOODER HOLY THAN THOUGH types ?

doesnt it raise the question that cyclists get away with pretty much anything to do with road safety or laws , after all i coud crash into your shiny car and dent it , but hey im not insured i dont even have a registration i can just cycle off or claim it was your fault and get damages , i would have thought this would be the point here , but then ......................
