My bicycle has been taken without my permission, I am going to file a police report,...

...is there anything else? I should say?
I have written on the following on the statement to share my utmost grief.
I am not used to doing this type of thing as this has not happened to me before and I want to make sure everything is perfect.
I have released information of the name of my bicycle and the serial number. I posses the receipt with the price of the bicycle that costs over $1000 making this tragic crime a felony. I have also stated the other required information.
Is there anything else I should say?
Here is the following statement.

While at the park I sat on the bench with my bicycle to the right of me. Suddenly it appears an adult mature member of the modern society, of a darkened skin pigmentation, appears to have appropriated my main needs of transportation without verbal or written consent, within possession of a two-wheeled manually ridden vehicle named the 'bicycle' that originally belonged to me, and the said gentlemen shows no intent to return my vehicle; and forthwith the actions committed by the darkly pigmented gentlemen is inexplicable. Furthermore is most unfathomable and is entirely unacceptable for modern society.
I would greatly appreciate the safe return of my bicycle.
