my bf. people who know the law, will he get put on tag or ASBO?

ok, so my boyfriend got arrested the other day for criminal damage and assault, it is his first offense that he'll be charged with. I won't go into details but does anyone know if he'll get put on tag or ASBO?
he's 16 and we live in the UK.
 
he will be ok it being his first offence.

if he pleads guilty (if he IS guilty) he will get a Referral Order seeing as he has no previous convictions. This means he must attend meetings for between 3 and 12 mths with the youth offending tean to discuss his actions.

ASBO's and tags are only for people who persisently flount the law so your BF will be fine.
