my bf isn't passionate about anything?

just as the title says...he's not passionate about anything at all :/ he likes to play video games, but he only plays a game for like a week then he's bored (and games are expensive ya know?). we're in college and i want him to be happy with his future job (he gets cranky/bored very easily), so i asked him if he wanted to make video games because it's the only thing he actually really likes to do, but he just said "not really~" he doesn't have a favorite color or holiday or band/singer or tv show :/ he says he likes basically everything a decent amount....which is good i guess, but it's frustrating to me and it makes me sad cuz he just doesn't care about anything. he's extremely unromantic (it seems like i always have to do everything), so he's not exactly passionate towards me. i don't know what to do about this?! it's hard to pick a thing to do or place to eat when i'm always picking cuz he just doesn't really care....is there any way at ALL that i can help make him more passionate??
