this morning i woke up and i went to wake up my bf and he was all hot and sweaty, and he was kind of shaking a bit, not like a fit but shaking a bit. I made him stay home with me, and he had a temp of 38, and he said he felt really sick, and he vomited up a few times, and he said that he had a really bad headache. what could be wrong?
