He's not new. I bought him about an year ago. I have been kind of neglecting him for a while... I didn't wash his tank (which is about 2 gallon) for a month and there was a thin layer of algae. When I did, i dropped him two times. Now he's not eating his pellets.
Also, when he swims he kind of twitches his tail... I'm thinking maybe he hurt himself when he fell?
