About a week ago my friend totaled his car while I was in it. He wasn't hurt. But my head had a laceration and I was sent from the accident directly to the hospital to get 3 staples put in (which I still have). I'm 18 and my co-workers said I would get a lot of money if I sued my friends insurance company. If I do decide to sue, how much money will I get and will ANY repercussions affect my friend (him having to pay money, getting dropped by his insurance etc.)?
