We've been best friends for two years!!! We have been inseparable and we would always hang out and call and talk and stuff!!!!! Even over this past summer, we were totally cool! Nothing happened between us! So I have a few classes with him and I said "Hey, how was the rest of your summer?" He just said like a one word answer and then he started talking to other people! We were picking seats and I was going to sit by him but I don't want to sit there if he doesn't want me around so I sat by some other, not as close, friends! 
I texted him and he never replied and it has been a week! I don't know what is going on! Honestly, I do like him more than a friend but I am really careful not to show it and I never told anyone! (So I don't think he knows or anything! 
What is going on and how should I fix it?
He used to even shout across the room and joke around with me if we didn't sit next to each other, but not anymore! What's the deal? Are we just not friends anymore??
