Me & my best friend, we're both 16. my parents are also divorced so I can relate to her but mine divorced when I was merely 6 yrs old. and it was b/c of money issues and shit..
Today she broke down crying desperately that her parents were divorcing after 21 yrs of marriage. her dad had been cheating on her mom with this woman 20 years younger, For the last 7 months. Her mom caught him cheating once and the dad SWORE by his family that he wouldnt do it again. But the did, And he got her pregnant. He's moving from the house too
Thats just a really horrible situation and i just dont know how to make her feel ok. I mean, i consoled her the best I could but like, if i see her sad idk if i should change the subject or just talk to her about it?? I don't know how I can help her, which breaks my heart. i love her to death and its really sad seeing her cry because of this.. what do i do?
