My best friend ditches me, judge the situation!! Help! Points:)?

I want some opinions, I got a boyfriend In July, and my best friend hung with me durin the summer for a decent amount of time. Once the school year started we didn't hang out much, she had a boyfriend and hung with him on weekends and I hung with mine. I invited my best friend to dinner for homecoming with her boyfriend and me. From then on I wasn't invited to Hang out with her, I did hang out with my boyfriend often because he is truly a great boyfriend and he treats me like a true best friend, anyway she made new friends and she seems to hang with them every weekend i see status' about her taking about hanging out with these 2 girls. I felt replaced and I asked to hang out with her a Loy and felt that she could ask me to hang out now. I never was. I recently texted her saying we should hang out and she said yes and then said shed textme the next day for when to comeover, she never texted me. Later on I invited her to gobowling with my boyfriend and hers..she got the text at night though. Then...i have no one to spend new years with I usually spend it with her, she said she doesn't know because it'd be weird for me to hang out with her and her boyfriend and one of our friend(this girls were both good friends with) and she said than the good friend wants to hang out with the new girls my best friend became friends with. So basically saying I'm not hanging out with you I think? I believe I've invited her fairly enough times and she never does the same for me. What's your opinion? Whose the has friend? Ps she's Been my good friend since 7th grade now were In11th grade and now she ignores me..
