...i clean it? so i was at cheerleading when this happened. I know for sure it did not get pulled out but i guess you can say it got pulled on. I know i have to clean it but i don't want to clean it the wrong way and have it get infected really bad. SO PLEASE HELLP ME. (i had it pierced for six months and had no problems with it.)

its a belly ring just the regular kind you get when you first get it done.
