He is about 9 months old. He used to be very friendly, now anytime we try to feed him or even open his cage he lunges at us, whether it be a spoon, greens or a hand. He has even bit once. Sometimes he sits with his mouth open, but rarely puffs his beard out. Is it because he associates my fingers with food? Hormones or what? This is mostly a problem for my girlfriend who has smaller fingers, but he still attacks a spoon or whatever. I have recently picked him up though and he was ok, it is really just the initial opening of his tank and sticking things in.
My bearded dragon, never used to bite, but lately he has become extremely aggressive.?
