well all i can say is that we got her yesterday and the owners live really close and i take her out all the time considering i got her yesterday i took her out probably 3 and half hours or so
well shes was born december 25th and that would make her about 3 months old so ya

How old is it? Young puppies will whin a lot when they are first taken to a new home. They are use to constantly being around their mother and siblings and arn't use to being alone. Your dog could just need to get use to her new surroundings.

she is not settled in her surrounding so to make her more comfy outside take some of her inside toys so she can get ajusted

You just got the puppy one you shouldnt be taking out so much on walks keep the puppy to your yard only the pup is still sa-septable to meny doggy contagouse germs to young to be exposed wait untill te pup is a year old befor taking it around the neighborhood the whining is the pups way of tring to find its mother or siblings that will take time for him to get use to dont take the pup back and forth to the mother it will cause more stress to the pup and become ill if the pup has a pup bed and cage its been known that putting a soft toned ticking clock under the pups bedding and blanket can help calm her

she just moved in! she's not going to feel comfortable until she knows you better. she might be lonely for the people she used to live with, so take her for some walks and play with her a bit to keep her mind off it!
