I'm part of my girls' basketball program at my high school, and the varsity coach is horrible. He doesn't know what to teach, he doesn't know how to teach, and he never pushes us to become better. He doesn't even know what the hell he's saying most of the time.. I really want to win this year, and I'm 100% sure that the JV coach can be more sufficient in helping us achieve league champs this year. He has coached me before and I've learned so much from him so far. His tactics of coaching are much more precise than varsity's coach. We have tried to speak up to get him moved up, but we can't. What can we do to get our coach fired? I know it sounds terrible and all, but basketball isn't fun if you keep losing.
I am team captain, along with 2 other people, and trust me, we've tried.
