...on a credit card loan I opened through them. What is the deal? Do they think I can't pay the card off or something?
All: It is just a little button next to the account online. When I click on it, it says "To have a customer care specialist contact you, click confirm here." I have had the card for a year now and haven't paid it down more than $500, so I am thinking that they are worried. I just checked my credit scores two weeks ago and they all show that I am in good standing, including this credit card.
