...to fix it. It still doesn't work. I followed the directions exactly from http://www.hometrainingtools.com/articles/balloon-rocket-car-project.html

My balloon car won't move at all. Does anybody know why and could they help me?
 
Check to see that it rolls very easily. If you give it a push then it should coast a good distance. Otherwise there is too much wheel friction.
