recently, out of curiosity and safety, I took some of the veggies grown in back yard to be tested, and found the following result
Eggplant has 0.0006 ppm of mercury.
Tomato has 0.0008 ppm of mercury.
Cabbage has 0.0026 ppm of mercury.
Aramanthus (yin choy) has 0.111 ppm of mercury.

is it safe to eat them ?

if I eat one pound of veggie, how much mercury I will take in ?

Esther
