I ride my bike alot on and off and ive been riding it alot for the past litlle while, maybe like a week. I'm a junior in high school and ive been riding my bike to school and home. My back has been hurting lately. I dont know how much but enough for me to notice. I think its probably because of riding my bike. U think its cuz ive been riding my bike? What can I do to make my back less sore? Is their anyway i can prevent this from happening?
