My baby RES isint eating... :( pleasee helpp?

okay i bought my turtle in may of this, he looks like he is still a baby cuz he is the size of a quarter a bit bigger tho. but anyway about 3 or 4 weeks ago he hasent been eating well, i only feed him Reptomin the long floating sticks, and before ate it and now he doesnt he first slowing didnt really eat it but he would still eat at the time. but now for like about a week and a half he hasent been even touching his food. i feel like he is sick cuz he wont eat. im pretty sure i have the right material, [10 gallon tank, artificial rocks for maybe basking, lights, thrmomiter, and i dont know how to work the filter, but i have one. and i have to wash his take by hand like everyday bcuz of it.] o and i keep the temp. at the right levelbut my whole family and i are very worried. i dont want anything to happen to him. o and i tryed feeding him new food for RES its still Reptomin but with 3 variety of foods: mini floating sticks, mini krill, and baby shrimp. and he hasent ate one at all, please help me iv looked everywhere on the internet for help but nothing is working please please please help me!!
