she had no insurance and no license and is illegal.
it was her fault. She lives lives Texas
the lady was 8 months pregnant and lost the baby
but the lady survived

She'll likely be charged with some degree of manslaughter. And spend the rest of her life in jail.
 
I hope your aunt goes to jail for life. She had absolutely NO business behind the wheel. I also hope she has some assets for the people to take.

I think you aunt deserves to go to jail. This is what happens when idiots jump behind the wheel with no licence and no insurance. Her stupidity and carelessness has cost a life and probably left a whole family devestated she deserves everything she gets.
