My aunt bought me a car for my graduation. She does not have a drivers license. Unfortunately, she did not have any insurance on the car but I did because I was the driver. Anyway, her registration was suspended for 90 days. In order to get it reinstated she is required by the Ohio DMV to have a SR22. My question is since she does not have a liscense will she still be able to get a SR22 so that I can drive the car. Or will I be able to get the SR22 to get the registration from under suspension although I do not own the car??? Hope I am making sense??? Thanks
