I had a baby at fifthteen n I was award of the state. My rights with the baby were taken away b\c I was running away using drugs n was arrested after having the baby for DElivery of a controled substance. There was proper cause for termination. I now have unsupervised visit with my child.Im 20years old n had a baby lastyearCPS interfered again B/c I had a spinal headache that lead me to be unable to care for my newborn I went back to the hospital to have a spinal patch done they asked how was I doing with the baby n I said its been very hard to do anything due to the spinal headache,the hospital made a call n said they had concerns about postpartum depression. I have completed everything the court has asked me to do.the r bringing up my past.also me n the father of this child have been having a domestic violent relationship. Cps knows about, dad has tested positive for marujaunanna early in the case he has failed to do a drug assesment. We r no longer seeing eachother. My atty thinks that it is best that we all come to a mutral agreement. The baby is at grandparent leave him there n ask for visitation,that means that I can go back to court n get my baby back because my rights are not terminated. She is saying due to the that I have been in a ongoing domesticviolent relationship,i had a suicide attemp in 09 n I have had my right terminated. I need some help with making my decision.
