My At&T GoPhone Sim Card doesn't work in my Motorola Razr?

I currently have a GoPhone and just bought a Motorola Razr from ebay, and when I put my simcard in it, it just says 'check sim' and, 'emergency calls only'. What can I do to fix it?
 
Is the phone locked to any network? If so, unlock it so that you can swap networks. I suggest you can approach Mobileunlocksolutions.com and specify the country,locked network of Motorola Razr.Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service along with free instructions.
