they hurt to the touch and when i try to walk i cant bend my knees much and its extremely pain ful to get up and down from sitting , walking, going up and down stairs at hurts ro even raise my leg up my back doesnt hurt at all its just my arms and my legs i just really want answers it hurts sooooo badd
