My Samsung caliber shut off on its own one day, when it turned back on all my apps were disabled and won't let me restore them. Figure deleting then re-installing would help.. now I can't even install mobile messenger. When I do it says "Install failed. You will not be charged for this application. try again later(1)" ive been trying again later..lol. HELP PLEASE!!
