My alternator belt on my 1999 2.3 Ford Galaxy broke-HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

The power steering does not work,although i have refitted the belt on all the pulleys and i can see the power steering motor turning the steering is very stiff.
Does anyone have a layout of the engine i think i need to bleed the power steering fluid,but don't know where to start if this is the problem.??
Any diagrams or advice would be most useful.
