My alltel samsung cellphone keeps turing off why? pic inside?

My grandma wanted me to transfer her old stuff to this newer cellphone in the picture and before i done all that it use to work it would turn on and stuff and now it only turn on when it charging and it just now went off again what wrong with the cellphone it alltel cellphone
