My Album Problems

Hey guys, I've been having this on going hate relationship with My Album ever since I got my phone number changed a couple of months back.

Prior to changing my phone number, My Album worked flawlessly. I was able to log in, send photos from my phone, edit the album from desktop, etc. Ever since I got my number changed, I wasn't able to log in on My Album with my new number and the SAME password I use to log-in with My T-Mobile. Therefore, I have no access to My Album. I know my new number and password are fine because I can log in My T-Mobile without any problems, however logging in My Album is another story. Whenever I try to retrieve the password, My Album would text me the password and the password given is the one I use for My T-Mobile.

Has this happened to anyone else here? I've contacted CS about it for several times now and they couldn't help remedy the situation. It's frustrating, but I hope someone out there could help me out.

Hi xpos3d. Welcome to the Stacks. Unfortunatley there is very little that you can do to correct this issue aside from calling your carriers tech support. They need to get the issue corrected on thier end for it to work on yours. If you say blackberry when the devil lady in the automated system comes on it will take you to BB tech support. That way you don't have to deal with customer care and getting transfered.

It sounds like your issue will require the infamous T-Mobile Trouble Ticket and get this issue escalated to their third level of support above the Blackberry Team. Unfortunately, if you are locked out of your My Album and not the rest of your account, there is something wrong on the back end and the blackberry supprot at T-Mobile will only be able to gather the info for the Trouble Ticket. Call them and get the process going. It takes 5-7 days or more and there's no reason to delay it if youdon't have too.
