My adobe flash player wont work?

It keeps saying Installation complete but when I go to a site that needs it. It always say download the latest abobe falsh player and I keep on doing it over and over and over again and Im getting really pissed off now plz tell me what to do
 
Mine kept doing the same thing it was so aggravating.
So went into tutorial on my computer to see what to do, went into video how to get it to load. Not sure what I did, but put in to load video.
After that it worked. How the video part of my computer got shut down I do not know, but now it is up and running.
It was inside the computer not from adobe flash player.
Wish I knew exactly what I did?
