My address book does not offer BCC. How do I get to choose BCC?

I want to forward emails and FWs without showing others the addresses of everyone who was listed in the previous forward. I had the BCC option about 4 months ago, but when this new email format came up it only provided two choices; TO and CC. Please tell me how to go back to the format that allowed 3 choices including BCC. Thanks, Cathy
 
If you are using Outlook you need to open a new mail message then click on the 'To' icon in the email address bar, this will bring up your address book and you will see to, BCC and CC at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps.

Also note that some mail boxes will not receive messages that their address is BCC'd in as they are used a lot by spammers, it may be treated as junk straight away
