My AC went out on my Honda Accord?

I am not sure what is wrong with it. I hear the compressor kicking in, but the blower does not work. I even try the heater and the blower still does not work. Again, the AC compressor seems to kick in, but not the blower on either hot or cold air. I have checked all the fuses and they seem fine. What can it be?
The fan does not kick in at all. What is a resistor? Is it expensive to replace? Thanks for your reply.
I will also check the blower switch.
 
if the compresor kicks in and the heat doesnt work then it has to be the fan. do u hear it come on when u turn it on. the fan? its probably a resisitor
 
sounds like u need a new blower motor. you can check it by unplugging and using some jumper leads to the battery and see if it works. if it does then its probably the blower switch
