...power from engine? i have a 02 honda civic and as soon as i start the car my fan will go on when i turn on my ac and it will run constantly maybe turning off for a second or two is that normal cause it puts a lot of strain on the engine i have a slight whine which the dealer said was the ac clutch going bad has this got anything to do with this or no are both my fans for ac and radiator suppose to run so much while i drive
