I'm a type 1 diabetic and I have been one for 7 years. im a 19 year old woman and i do not smoke or drink.
Last December 2009 my a1c was about 8.1.....high i know, but i aimed to make it go down. I just got my new a1c result back in July 2010 and its 9.4.
my heart is starting to hurt when it beats and im gaining weight. HELP ME!

im 5 foot 8, 150 pounds and i have high cholesterol too.
