my 99 dodge ram wont start?

I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 I drove it the other day and it ran fine, I parked it and now it will not start. I checked spark, coil, it has gas, its not the battery, it turns over like it wants to start but just wont kick over. Anyone have a answer as to where to go from here?
 
you say it,s got gas but is the gas getting to the engine? i,am thinking maybe the gas filter is clogged up. you say it has spark but is it a good and blue spark? take the line off the gas filter and turn the key on to see if the pump is working. if no gas coming through then check the pump fuse.
