My 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee stops after I loose RPM?

Ok so I have a 98 jeep Grand cherokee limited 5.0 and When Im in drive and I come to a stop or a Corner I loose my power steering and all. My power still stays on but the gas and all just stops. My head lights and other dome lights go light. Also when Driving My dash lights go bright to dark. Any clue what it may be? I already Checked my Battery cables there Tight on so I know its not loose cables.
 
Could be that your battery is getting weak. Have it load tested. Also check the fluid level in your power steering pump reservoir. Sounds like it may be low. Check for proper tension on the serpentine belt.
