A freeze pug blew out and my care over heated. I have replaced the freeze plug and engine has no noticeable external leaks. The coolant has been replaced. I took the car for a test drive and it over heated again after driving up a steep hill about 2 miles from home. The engine cooled down relatively quickly. I returned home and removed the thermostat to eliminate the potential of a bad thermostat. Went for another drive and the engine again over heated about 2 miles out at the top of the hill. I do not find any condensation in the oil, at either the dip stick or the fill cap. What might I be missing?
