my 98 chrysler wants to start up but wont start,i replaced a fuel filter and

fuel pump,still wont start? i turned the corner and i lost speed and it wanted to stoll out when i put my foot on gas pedal.it started to chug and shake
 
after you replace those things did you bleed the air out of the lines? also maybe it,s not fuel but electrical like maybe a plug is cutting out.
