My 98 chrysler cirrus starts up VERY slow please help a college kid out=(?

So as the title says, i currently have a 98 cirrus. and when my car is very cold it usually starts up instantly. but after i drive the car and park it per say. the engine will take anywhere from 10 secs to 40secs to start up.(and even sometimes when the engine is cold). On good days it will be like 5 seconds. My car was just sent to chrysler to be repaired.spent around 2k on fixing it up.I don't think they would have missed something big, so im hoping its a simple fix. What do you guys think(car runs fine besides that problem)

It could be something really simple like water condensing in the ignition. If the problem only occurs in cold weather condensation is the most likely problem.
